| I tried the stock ones supplied with mastercam 9 that support C axis and they didnt work. I have one for MCAM X but that means I will have to learn how to use X. Been avoiding that since I cant seem to get anything done in it. I know just enough about X to be dangerous. |

| You need to go in the post itself and make little adjustment to has it out put C. It's not that difficult if you know where to change.

| Ive done some post editing in the past and had good luck with it. this one is a little more complicated than a std mill or lathe. However I think at this point I am going to just give in and force myself to learn Mastercam X4 since I have a working post for both my machines for it. and its not like MC9 is ever going to be main stream again. even if I can do it faster in V9. but thanks for the replies. |
