DolphinCAM - Biesse post processor problem

    Hi there, greetings from Croatia!

I have some problem with post processor for biesse in dolphincam
    Actually, problem with text engraving.

Machine: Biesse ROVER 24, controller is NC1000

I'm trying to engrave "PROSPER" text, goaround countours.
Simulation passes fine, but when I put it to post processing,
it comes to 65% and then error apears:

    --
    Post processor error 3:
Variable "$BLOCKNO" is not defined PostProcessor variable name.
    In rule: GOALCW
    --

Can U help me to manually edit post processor to get this work?

It makes cnc program, but it engraves "PROS" and half 5. letter "P"
Code starts at N80 and it ends at N9990, file size is 42kb

When i post process with let's say "mach2" it runs fine to the end.

    Looking forward for your help.

    1) is sounds like the variable "%blockno " does not have a value. there is no value to use.

    2) no line number in the program.
    3) each line in the controler usually has a line number.
    a) blockno is another name for line number.

    4) did you change anything in the post itself?
    a) leaving out perhaps a ";" or something else.

    5) my last thought
something about an improper "size" sticks in my mind.

Yeah, it sounds to me too that string is missing in post processor.

    2)
"Code starts at N80 and it ends at N9990" if U think on that "line" number.
But why it stops on N9990, that's i'm guesing because of "%blockno" value. In case that blockno runs fine, the next line would be N10000, right?

    4)
I've changed some values in post. Acctually removing "~" sign infront "%"
No, i'm not leaveing ";" sign.

    5)
The size of file is 42kb.
If that could be limitation to NC1000 controller... But i don't think so.

    6)

    Thanks for your reply.
I'm at home right now, i will post some attachment of program example here from job.

    Greetings,
    Zoran
