I'm Confused, and have a question.

My X-2 is in process of completion to CNC. I'm new to all this so please bear with me.

    Now on to the software.

I have Alibre Express and SprutCAM. What the heck they were free.

I have done a drawing in Alibre and saved it.

I opened the SprutCAM and it does to see the file. It would appear that Alibre does not save or Export files that Sprut can read. So that is one small problem, as I'm sure it is something I am doing.

What is a Post Processor and how do I get one for MACH 3, SprutCAM?

I think that is what is needed anyway. Any assistance in defining some of the needed information greatly apreceated.

You would normally obtain any required postprocessor(s) from the dealer that you bought SprutCAM from.
Failing that you can contact Sprut directly.

I'm not familiar with either software but lets start with the file extentions.
What are the file extentions for MACH 3 & SprutCAM when you save.
