which post is compatible with Fanuc 6M?

Just bought a cnc mill for home use, all my other machines have been manual so I've no real experiance in this.

The software is Ah-ha Artisan and runs on a dos box, the manual says it is compatible with Fanuc 6 as well as hpgl and exillon?

Having played around with various post processors I can't find one that mentions Fanuc 6 so does anyone know which other post will output a compatible file, will Fanuc 1 or 11m work ok?

By the way does anyone know how good artisan was? should I replace it and if so with what, this is just for hobby use so no expensive solutions please my wife is already twining about the cost of the mill :-)

Ok found out a bit more now, seems like know one mentions that the Fanuc 6 controller was basiclly the first one and that this was the std that everyone else followed so I just need to use basic gcode output.
