Has anyone ever used a Heule chamfer tool. It chamfers the top and the bottom of a hole in one cycle but it can't be programmed like a drill. What it needs to do is rapid down to part, feed down a little ways to chamfer top. Then rapid down so the top of the cutter(imagine a single cutter that cuts top and bottom) is below the bottom of the hole. Then it feeds back up to chamfer the bottom. Turn spindle off then rapid out of the hole. Easy to program a few holes to do but when multiple holes in a program of different depths it is a pain. Has anyone ever edited the custom drill cycles in the post file and know if you can make it do this cycle or of an easier way than each hole one at a time Thanks |
