Need Esprit Post for mill turn on lathe

My problem is that I am trying to generate code for thread milling a side port with live tooling on a lathe, but I need the "Z" depth which is actually the "X" dia. to be programmed as a Diameter move. Example if I need to make a 20 pitch thread thats .050 per rev feed.On my lathe post I need it to come out as a "X" diameter move which would actually be X.100 in the code. Can anyone help with an Esprit 2008 generic post?
