SO I FOUND A PP that will work partly I still need to go in and edit the footer and header to get it to run on the machine, I have upload the PP I use, the file it generates (charpy1) and the file (charpy) after I edit it , also the header I copy and past into it (charphyHeader) what Im wonder is it possible to edit the original PP which is (GCode_arc_inch) to included the Charphyheader) so I do not have to edit the file after saving toolpaths in Vectric I'm hoping someone can explain how to edit the PP or edit it for me
Thanks all hope someone can help

Open the PP that mostly works for you in notepad. Then replace some (or all) of the lines following the "begin header" line. For example, the following is the header section that I use for a Tormach under Pathpilot:

    begin HEADER

    "( [TP_FILENAME] )"
    "( [DATE] - [TIME])"
    "( Material Size)"
    "( X= [XLENGTH], Y= [YLENGTH], Z= [ZLENGTH])"
    "([FILE_NOTES])"
    "(Tools in this file: )"
    "([TOOLS_USED])"
    "(Toolpaths in this file"
    "([TOOLPATHS_OUTPUT])"
    "[N]G00G20G17G90G40G49G80"
    "[N]G91.1"
    "[N](Position for tool change)"
    "[N]G30"
    "[N]T[T]M06"
    "[N] (Tool: [TOOLNAME])"
    "[N]G00G43[ZH]H[T]"
    "[N](Mist coolant ON)"
    "[N]M08"
    "[N][S]M03"
    "[N](Toolpath:- [TOOLPATH_NAME])"
    "[N]([TOOLPATH_NOTES])"
    "[N]G94"
    "[N][XH][YH][F]"

Be certain to edit in NOTEPAD or similar program that doesn't add funny characters to your file (DO NOT USE WORD, FOR EXAMPLE)
