| I voted yes but can also understand the no votes. Offering to help someone learn this trade or these trades can be both positive and negative. For the mentors....remember you were once in their shoes. For the apprentices, or would that be apprentici?, remember that, those that offer their time to help you, have other things to do in life...in other words...be a welcome guest! Mike

Very well put...I am a licensed falconer and the only way to get into this sport is by apprenticeship. Some apprentices can become really overbearing if this is not discussed and agreed to up front. I also think that for the most part, experienced people/Mentors know this from how they were themselves just as you stated. Thanks for the YES vote...Have U listed yourself in that forum yet? Jeff |

| I vote yes, but my fear on this is really only based on people who are looking for aid that is more like a do it for me. Rather then a learn on your own with a bit of helpful guidence, and there for learning what is right and worng how and why. Brake is over back to work yay. |
