| There's so much combined knowledge here, that i learn a lot just from reading threads from top to bottom! I'm sometimes amazed on what some of the members achieve building their own machines, the designs some come up with & how these gets excecuted! This place is heaven for likeminded people! Klox

| I see what others are doing and "Borrow" their solutions to challenges, plus there are so many knowledgeable people here who will gladly help out answering questions and researching ways to accomplish almost anything in CNC or related subjects. Besides every once in a while you get to show off something you created to people who actually appreciate it. Ron |

| 2 reasons 1- I am building a small 3 axis machine with my nephew and this forum is about the best source of info around. 2 - I am in charge of a couple of NC operators professionally and this forum helps me to speak the same language. |

| The members cover a broad spectrum, from newbies, to seasoned professionals. The use of CNC equipment isn't merely a lump of cast iron (or MDF in some cases) sitting on the shop floor. The software & eletronics are the tools/ or bridge from which ideas cross from imagination to the tangible. And with members from so varied backgrounds & from so many places, the imaginations do run WILD! Always something interesting! |
