We have the shop computer hooked up to the stereo and iTunes radio stations going all the time (including right now). It's free, and the quality is good.
I've grown tired of the same songs over and over again (or just plain crappy music) on FM. I just hooked up my iPod to the shop system...Now I can listen to talk, comedy or whatever I am in the mood for...

Thought I would share this little trick. I used to stream from Yahoo but it was going to be blocked so I burnt all my MP3’s on a DVD. Now I have 5 CD’s each with over 20 hours of music that can be played at my workstation.

I tend not to have music play when I am using tools that can cut things (ie me). Being a musician for many years I find that when music is playing I find myself paying more attention to it that what I am suppose to be doing. As a result I find it much more safe to have nothing playing.
If I am doing some non-powertool task I listen to a wide variety jazz, pop, rock, country, bluegrass, instrumental, etc... depends on the mood I happen to be in.
