Has anyone had Service and / or Warranty problems with Vortech?
I have. I haven't received parts, warranty and I cannot get a straight answer on anything.
After getting frustrated I asked to speak with someone else...here's what I got from "Keith" at Vortech...these are excerpts from (11) paragraphs...

Brent has answered the questions several times too but let me put this so my five year old niece will understand

Giving you instructions is like pulling teeth but lucky for you I don't mind working with people to get them up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible. And BTW I did not get a commission on your sale.

How about you give me .10 cents for each question I had to answer for you three times before you got. I guarantee I'll have more $ when its added up.
