    plasmacam machine not detected message??

    hello all my first post here. i have a dhc with a powermax 1000. bought it used 2-3 years ago and all has been fine til yesterday...my pc went out(power supply and motherboard)went to local pc repair shop and bought a refurb. pc. loaded software tried to initialize and got message machine not detected, turn off power 5 seconds,check cables ect.repeated several times with no luck. went back to pc shop bought another pc, same thing. went into bios on both pc's and it looked correct .....epp 378 address.
    i fooled around with the settings on both with no luck. i treid a new parrale port cable with no luck.i'm hoping that i could find some help here, thank's in advance!
