I am running a plasmacam with a TD52 with shielded consumables. I have tried every amp setting and cut speed and this the best I could get 16g to cut. 75 ipm Cut Height .187 40 Amps & 40a tip Also there was enough heat I guess it caused the letter M to melt some. Is expecting better results than this unrealistic? |

| Lower your cut hieght to about .060 and increase your speed to about 150ipm the increased speed will decrease the dross on the bottom of the plate. Also check your consumables for wear. Just my opinion as i am a rookie at this |
