I have a Plasmacam with a hypotherm 1000. used for 6 years. last week the first cut was fine.. but the air would not shut off in the nozzle? i would have to shut the machine off and restart to cut again. it just continues to blow once the first cut. took hypo to the shop and checked..all was said to be fine.. have any suggestions?  |

Do you have any fault lights on the front of the Hypertherm when that happens? Do you have the Min cutting signal 3 Max cutting signal 12 and the Arc Voltage scale at 5? You should have received the Video Manual in May. Go to chapter 8 and look for the Torch Control Cable wiring test. george |
