Fastening the T bars solid is probably the better idea.

I finally got to a point to post some photos of my work so far. It is a work in progress.
I will be mounting 2 x 2 x 3/16 wall tubing with a 1/2 x 3 cold rolled on each side for the gantry to roll on.
I am debating on if I should weld the pan and T bar to the pan all solidly. I left it loose just sitting in the pan. My first thought is it might be easier to remove it all to for cleaning. But if it were welded down solid to the pan I would not have to worry about build up getting underneath the T bars etc? I made these T bars by splitting a 6" wide flange beam then using my chop saw to cut the slits for the 1/8 x 3 flat bar.

Very good job on the table!
Are those trailer jacks on the 4 corners (cool idea)?
