Good Morning Folks,

Just had a quick question. I am running the cnc router part nema 23 motor mounts as was wondering how tight the tension should be? i have hard stops on my table for now and when it hits these, should the tension be tight enough to stall the motor? have been lucky and only tapped the stop once, upon doing so the gear slipped on the rack. i would rather have the motor stall instead of rear slippage and possible damage, since steppers can be stalled with not harm done.
