CandCNC plaspakIII Mach3

is there anyone here that has a CandCNC plaspakII using machIII that could help someone that is extremely novice with the setup

I am having difficulty even identifying the proper manuals to the controller components of this setup.

let alone figuring out what is where in machIII, the manual doesn't even have the same screens as what I have
