    Super crappy cut quality.

    System and settings are:

    Hypertherm Powermax 65

    MP3000 THC

    Volts: 127 (From Hypertherm manual)

    IPM: 90 (From Hypertherm manual)

    Amperage: 65

    65A consumables

Everything mechanically seems to be ok and acceleration/deceleration seems good. I had an issue with accel/decel on some 22gauge rounding inside corners but an adjustment corrected those problems and that was at a 320 IPM so I am assuming that the same accel/decal settings at 90 ipm would be fine.

    What are your thoughts?
