Thermal Dynamics 4Xi

Hi All

Dose any one have any info on a Thermal Dynamics Dynapak 4Xi? I have just bought one to go on a 4`x 4` Table im making but its not working properly I have all lights working and a set/run switch that dose something, it came with out any instructions, so I have no idea what it dose, this being my first plasma.

If I press trigger when its swiched to "RUN" I get air and HF I also get a small blueish "flame" and all lights on, the air runs on for a few moments after I release it and thats it,

If any one has any instructions or a wiring diagram that could be scanned and emailed, or better still af any one has any idea what could be wrong with it

any info on it would be appreciated

I had the same problem with mine.
Maybe is noise, Have you conected the PC and electronics from the same line of the plasma? If so the HF will stop the plasma from the PC. Get a long extension and conect the PC and electronics from other line. Also gorund the plasma alone (1.20mts rod ),other for the table and the ground for the E. and PC, from the building should not have interference or better have another copper rod.
TherLuismal dynamics starts different from other plasmas , the first fire takes longer time , then you have to put that delay (or preheat) time in the cam program.
