| I like it, I'm a big fan of KISS. Your V-wheels and inverted angle for the X axis are great. How did you fasten the angle to the frame, weld? Did you make the V-wheels or where did you get them. DRL |

| It is 4x4 cutting area - Machine is 4x4 cutting area and 5.5x5.5 footprint. It is build of 3x3 rect tubes 1/8 wall. - Those V wheel are from BCbearing, and expensive 90$ each. | Shuttle If you clamp something, hanging down about 10 inches, to the shuttle, simulating a plasma torch, and put a dial indicator to it, how much deflection do you get? Syd |

| It will be less than 10" I hope I will connect belt and motors next week, so I can try it. I plan to build water tray and distance between material and gantry will be about 5" or less. Machine is maybe to high. I will have manual THC, with UP and Down switch, and speed adjusting knob. With a simple DC motor. |
