Okay.So far I just have the table built.

Everything is all square within 1/64" of an inch. I think that should be good enough.

Next up is getting the linear motion for the X axis going.

I think you jumped the gun. How are you going to hold the lienar rail or the gear rack? It seems to me like you would need alot of tapped holes in both sides for those.
