I am just the design stage now for the running gear on my plasma table, I am going for Toms servo drives and need to work out the reductionss. Assuming the servos run at 3500 rpm max would it be prudent to gear the reduction so that they are at 75% when I am at my maximum speed I will be cutting at ? |
