Does anyone have a problem with Pak Master 25: This a littlecutting machine from Thermal Dynamics. The problem I am having is when I turn the machine on. After inrush the DC led comes on immediately. This means that the DC is present and Capacitive discharge is working trying initialize the arc.But, the torche trigger was not pressed. The relay K4 get energized but its contacts are not closed and the machine is OFF the contacts are open. I checked some resistors like R120, 121, R10 and 11 and they were burnt then I changed everyone. The SCR Q5 and D29 I checked and they are okay. So, is there anyone have the ideia what is the cause of problem  |
