Step frequency

I have a question about the step frequency on Mk3/4. The specs say that it is 110 kHz. Is that per channel or the step frequencies of the channels combined?

I'd explain it this way. If each individual axis needs 100kHz to run at its maximum feed rate, then to run all three simultaneously still only requires 100kHz
