Picstep opto input daughter board

Has anyone completed the opto input daughter board for the picstep v2.01 breakout board. I have the board built but cannot seem to find any information on the TBA resistor values or the Cap values on the board. Wondering if anyone has complete the board and how they are wiring the inputs.
