OK I have the first board (PICStep V4) etched, tested for continuity and ready to drill. What size bits are people using for the various holes. The last (and only) boards I made called for a #60 bit as well as a few more common Home Depot sized bits but #60 seems a little large for some of the padsone must drill through. I have found no references to hole sizes in the documentation but the "fab" file has different symbols for different types of holes so I assume they correspond to sizes. But what sizes? Does anybody have a guidance? Thanks, John W

| So far I have only one etched. I wanted to make one work before I spent a lot of time on the other two. I also etched a breakout board from pminmo. I attched a few pics below. In looking at the sizes the #60 seems to drill the holes for the LMD pretty nicely (althought I do not yet have one to put in the hole and make sure. I guess I better order a some smaller bits though because #60 almost obilterates some of the pads. I don't look forward to smaller bits though because from experience the #60 is VERY easy to break
