    Max voltage

    Im sure its out there but havent found it.. whats the max voltage that Alens picstep can run to the steppers? Also is there and boards that someone has made that are forsale?

    The LMD18245, the driver used on the picstep, can handle a maximum of 55 V/3 A.

    I don't know of any boards for sale but they're pretty easy to build yourself.

    It's a good idea to limit the voltage to about no more than 45v to make sure the motor EMF don't push things over the limit.
