    Question Wiring mach3 breakout Board BL-Mach-v1.1 D402

    Hello,

i got the Mach3 interface board BL-Mach-v1.1 D402 (the green 5 axis breakout board by sainsmart)
I found some documents on the net, but they dont explain me exact how to wire it to my microstep driver (M542) or i dont understand it yet.

there are 4 pins for each axis on the breakout board (+5V // CLK // CW //EN)
    and 6 inputs on the microstep driver (PUL+ (+5V) // PUL- (PUL) // DIR+ (+5V) // DIR- // ENA+(+5V) // ENA- (ENA) )
    how they are connected?

    Picture from both: IMG_20140715_134751.jpg - directupload.net

    Greetings,
    Mark14

    Hi Mark14,

I have the same problem. I am trying to move from a PCI NCStudio configuration to the same breakout board. I see that no one has already answered so please let me know more if you in the meantime have found the solution. On all the documentation I searched on the net I have found nothing precise about.

You wrote: <<there are 4 pins for each axis on the breakout board (+5V // CLK // CW //EN) >> Where did you found this information? I have a different microstep driver but with the complete documentation manual. So, I can make some tries. I am at the previous step, no idea of what is the order and meaning of the found signals on the corresponding axes on the breakout board.

    Thank you in advance. Enrico

I am guessing, but from a fairly good base.

    Try at first the following:
    +5V to PUL+, +5V to DIR+, +5V to ENA+ (there is some logic there)
    CLK to PUL-
    CW to DIR-
    EN to ENA-

    Cheers
    Roger
