Hello All I am interested in building a Variable Frequency Drive for controlling a 3 phase motor .75kw with single phase input. is there anyone ever saw any similar project on the web from where i can get any ideas thanks |

| http://www.turbinemuseum.de/Modellba...blmc__uk_.html All brushless RC motors are 3 phase motors, controlled with variable frequency [rectangular voltage], but are powered with low voltage/high curent (16V/20A for exampe). You have not specified what nominal voltage is your motor. |

| On the Microchip website there are a lots of application notes on controlling AC induction and other motors. http://www.microchip.com/stellent/id...pnote=en012011 You can do it with a 18F pic or a DSP pic Larry K
