Need Help!- PIC18F4431 with IRAMS10UP60A

Hi all,

i have been trying to find the best way to drive a 3 three phase induction motor.
and i decided to use some kind of microcontroller and i found an article about driving an induction motor via PIC18F4431,and this article suggest me to use IRAMS10UP60A as a power stage

now i need some advice to choose the best way,
i am on the right way?

IRAMS10UP60A is a plug an drive chip which is easy to use
but i have never built such a circuit, is it reliable?
and i dont know how to use pic with this chip

or what do you suggest me to use to control the speed an induction motor?
