Problem- Spindle speed at 25% on HY02D223B

I bought one of the VFD's HY02D223B with a 1.5KW air cooled spindle motor from Love Happy Shopping on Ebay.

2 Issues arising so I could use a little help.

Firstly,
I'm avised by the seller to keep the spindle speed below 100Hz otherwise damage to the motor could arise due to through overheating.

Secondly,
The Max spindle speed i can get seems to be around 13000rpm. The parameters for the following registers were set.

013 was set to 08
005 to 400
004 to 400
003 to 400

Supply to the VFD is 220-240vac UK standard.

Can anyone advise.

George--Are you sure of the max RPM? Have you actually checked it with a tach? I found a parameter that had to be changed to get the readout on the VFD to reflect the actual RPM. This is parameter 144 "Rated Motor Revolution" and it seems to mean "per 100HZ". So I set it to 3000 and the readout agrees with my electronic tach.
Prior to the change my readout was showing about half of actual RPM.

Hi George,
Have you got your spindle set up yet?
The MIN spindle speed is 100 Hz NOT the max. It, the spindle, will get hot because it's not spinning fast enough for the fan to cool the motor.
Mhastings2004 has written a lot on this and is detailed in some of the newer posts.
