Hitachi SJ200?

I have Hitachi SJ200 with 3 hp motor. Seems I am not getting much torque. It is fairly easy to stop the spindle. The manual says it is rated to 3hp anyone experienced similar issues with SJ200?

noticed a torque setting in the manual too was thinking of turning that up.

Are the motor parameters & constants set correctly? Max Full Load Amp, Max Hz, Motor capacity, poles, etc... Most are in the H group settings.
