AC Tech SM230S VFD VS Hitachi L200-022NFU VFD

I'm new to this site , I've been reading a lot but didn't post too much
Anyway here's the deal :
I got a Shizuoka 3hp CNC mill and I need to drive the spindle from 220 single phase.
I got two choices here
1) AC TECH SM230S , here's the link to it:

Now what's a better choice.
I know some of you guys use these VFD's and I would like to know what will do a better job at driving my spindle.
Any other VFD's I'm open for sugestions.
I need 220v 1ph input - 220v 3ph 2.2kw output.
If any of you guys has one of these used I'm interested in buying one.

At first glance, these both look good, but you'll need to track down the manuals read up a bit to see which has the bettter features that you like. Remote mounting of the control pad is nice, as is a TTL level "error" signal.

The biggest feature I wish for on my Mitsubishi VFD (on my Bridgeport) is to accept pulse/direction signals to command the RPM. Most dries only accept +/- 10v, which requires an external PCB to convert TTL to analog signals.

Is your motor 3hp? Hopefully since these VFDs are rated for single-phase input, they will achieve their full rated HP. I cheated on my mitsubishi and only hooked up 2 of the 3 input wires (upstream of the bridge rectifier). So my 3HP VFD is at full capacity running a 2HP motor, because I am only supplying 2 of 3 legs.
