Hello! Just got a KBCC-225R DC-speedcontrol and the horsepowerresistor is missing. The manual says that the value should be ,01 Ohms. Question: can´t I just put a jumper instead? I was planning to use it driving a 2hp treadmill motor for my spindle. http://www.kbelectronics.com/manuals/kbcc.pdf |

| If you jumper it you won't have overcurrent sensing, you could fuse it a bit tighter to protect for any overcurrent. Do you not have any KB suppliers in Sweden? These items are very easy to get here. Other than that its just a 10watt resistor with a couple of pins on it. Al.
