| Underrated VFD risk? I have a couple 2hp spindle Bridgeport CNC's, and a couple 2hp KB VFD's. What is the risk or problems associated with using a 2hp VFD supplied with 220VAC single phase to run a 3 phase 2hp spindle motor? I don't plan on running the machines hard, and actually my 1hp manual Bridgeport has always seemed adequate to me. Can I hopefully just use the 2hp VFD's? Thanks in advance Scott |

| zcases, I run a 2HP FM100 VFD on my 2HP motor from 200 single phase and have for a couple of years with no problems.
