VFD spindle giving off weird sound, vibrating

    Hi,

Just got my china made noname .8 kW VFD with Fulling D130 1.5 kw 1 phase controller. I wired it as simply as posible with grounded plug on one side to 230V and 3 wires to the motor on the other side. Default setings in the controller as I do not have any info on how to set it up.

The motor spins up nicely to 400 Hz but ever 1/2 second gives of weird sound, and i can feel on the casing as if it would be hitting something ( that is of course not possible as it spins nicely if it is powered off) So i guess it could be conntroler issue.

I did put the video of it here [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0NcVNfszmE"]YouTube - VFD spindle strange noise[/nomedia]

    HELP, what could be wrong!
    ---------------
    Edit:
Just found out that the problem occurs only when the step motors drive is on. The spindle runs smoothly when the main controler is off. Should I start with shielding the cable from VFD to motor ?
