I'm looking for some help/advice on a VFD to power a spindle I recently purchased of e-bay. The specs are as follows: Air Bearings Ltd. AW125E/04 20 -125k RPM 3 Phase 200v Max 300 Watts 0 - 100v 0 667Hz 100 - 200v 667hz - 2048Hz There are plenty of 1/2HP units units out there but most have frequency 0 - 400Hz or 0 - 600Hz Max. Also the output voltage is usually higher than 200v. I have 120 and 240 single phase in my shop. Any recommendations?  |

| Response from the Spindle Manufacturer: Control Techniques have said today that the SP0203 drive should be satisfactory with the PWM set for 16KHz, although It is likely that the motor will run hotter than normal. I think that the SP0203 might be less expensive than Sieb & Meyer FC80 |
