Hello, I have a Hitachi SJ-300 AC drive and a HXSP-2108G RS422/485 to USB interface that I need wired. The interface's user manual did not help me at all. On the interface side I have: T-/A T+/B R+ R- GND 9V On the drive I have: SP SN RP SN I understood I needed to connect it like this: T-/A <----> SN T+/B <-----> SP Then jump RP to SN for termination. That isn't working for me. The drive, the interface and myself are new to each other so the problem could be wither either three. On a related note, the motor runs as high as 1.5Hz and if I continue to twist on the speed pot, the drive will fault with a "motor overload" error. It's a 25 HP motor not attached to anything yet. The motor is also new so I don't know for sure if it's good. It's 9 lead wired Delta, low voltage config: L1=1,6,7, L2=2,4,8, L3=3,5,9. Clues? Thanks, JR |
