Unless that is a type and its 3.0 HP , You don’t have enough power. You need alt least 33% more amps coming into a 3P rotary converter on the single phase line than the load needs. 57Amps 3P X 1.33 is 75A single phase. You need a least a 40HP rated rotary converter to run a 30 HP motor. The good news is you can probably run the HAAS using the motor on the Cincinnati as an idler once its started but the Hass does not have a conventional spindle motor so it returns little or no power to the 3rd leg . The starting current on a bog rotary converter will probably overload your 60Amp breaker.
