Looks like you bought a Huanyang copy, rather than a real Huanyang.
My perfectly running hy02d223b with mach3 control went POP a couple weeks ago. The replacement hy02d223b does not have the second terminal bank in it where the rs+ and rs- connections went. My response from the ebay supplier is as follows, please help me decipher it if you understand;

Hello, your current this please use external speed control,
Segment speed control performance better,
And more versatile.
The parameters are as follows:
Pn32 = 3
Pn03 = 7
Pn04 = 2
Pn07 = 2
Pn10 = rated motor frequency
Pn12 = rated motor frequency
The external segment speed is as follows:
The hardware connection is as follows
D2: D1: D0 Three control lines are valid as follows
1: 1: 1 speed 7 (PN26) speed
0: 1: 1 speed 3 (PN22) speed
0: 0: 0 speed 0 (PN19 specifies the frequency source, the current specified PN02 speed)
The hardware connection is as follows
D2: D1: D0 Three control lines are valid as follows
1: 1: 1 speed 7 (PN26) speed
0: 1: 1 speed 3 (PN22) speed
0: 0: 0 speed 0 (PN19 specifies the frequency source, the current specified PN02 speed)
If you do not understand anything, please tell me that we are working hard to solve the problem for you.
