Inverter Control Card issue.
Hi Guys.
I have a Fuling Inverter 280 DBZ Series & I have a WiXhc Mach3 motion card wich is a USB connected control card..
3K 24000rpm Spindle
When spindle runs I get this error .. "is the Xpod Insert ok? it has seased to respond"
This means I loose USB connection to the Control Card..
Here is how it goes..
I start up mach3 and I can manually move my CNC machine in anyway.. However the instant I start the spindle this error appears in Mach3.."is the Xpod Insert ok? it has ceased to respond"
So I disconnected the control card from the inverter. now I am moving the CNC machine manually and while doing this, I start the spindle manually from the inverter.. same thing, I do this and Instantly the same error.. "is the Xpod Insert ok? it has ceased to respond"
I am really confused as to what the problem is, the card or the inverter..
I had read that the spindle should be earthed, so I have earthed the spindle, the inverter and the card all in different orders and logical sequences... which all makes no difference..
I am lost
By the way I have changed USB cable multiple times and shielded the cable etc.. with no change..
Any help would be appreciated..
Thanks
