That looks very nice. Was there something you didn't like?
What are you using to create the boards? (cad, cam and controller?)

This is the 5th board I've milled so far, and I was looking for community feedback on anything wrong or right with it. The LEDs are 1206 size and the traces are 15mils. The IC is a PIC12F683.

I used EAGLE & PCB -GCode for the Schematic and Board layout. Mach 3 controller software and a Zenbot 1216 machine with a 60 degree cutter on a Wolfgang spindle.
I am wondering why the holes are not exactly centered on the pads. That hasn’t happened before. The only thing I thought of was the machine sat for about 2 hours between milling and drilling. Nothing was turned off or moved. But I do use carpet tape to hold the board down- I wonder if that could have settled or shifted after 2 hours.
most likely you have a little bit of backlash in the system..

Very nice, I would like to get a close up of an area with a trace coming off a pad at an angle if possible. I just want to comapre to mine.
nice board. Our new machines use a belt drive system with very little backlash (almost undetectable). All of the holes are off in the same direction as well. do you always get this result?
