    20 mils. Do you think the other type of bit you sell would be better for the plastics? The bit I'm using was "dropped" and tip broke off so I had nothing to lose

    Jay,

    The other tool I sell is the triple flat, and this one wont work well in plastic. This tool will cause lots of plastic fluffy burs at the top surface of the cut, and poor surface finish inside the cut as chips get recut and pushed into the walls.

    I have seen some of your other boards on the net, all of them very nice.
