toolpath generator for g-code

Hi,

I’m trying to build a PCB milling machine (3 axis).
For my art work I can generate a g-code.
The g-code contain all the data for the traces, copper (it is like a positive layer). So I’m not able to run this file to my driving motors.
Based on this g-code is any software capable to generate a tool path along the traces outline?

If you haven't found it already, you can use Eagle from CadSoft and the outlines_gcode.ulp to generate toolpaths that outline the traces.
