Fixed the code and uploaded the new files. I also modified the file descriptions and tags. See if that makes things clearer.

Also, just a heads up, I downloaded M$ C# so there maybe a smaller Windows executable on the way ... maybe. I'm not a big fan of .NET Framework though. Alternatively, when I get more time, I'm looking into the ULP language to see what can be done there.

That fixed the return problem no worries.

I am new to Eagle, PCB-gcode and your optimiser. All works well so far.

The biggest hurdle seems to be the library. Takes all my time to find what I want.

Tried the beta PCB-gcode but your optimiser does not like it so I'll stay with the stable release.

Thanks again for your efforts, Greg

I'm with you on the library. V5 is much improved in this respect. Back when I was using V3.5 I just created my own library for each project. Copying parts from other libs if I found them, but creating most from scratch. This has two benefits.
    1. All of your parts are in 1 library
    2. You learn how to make your own parts

I'm not using the beta PCB-Gcode so I haven't tested it. Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in this optimizer so it'll probably remain in it's current state. I've been delayed in my plans to get my mill up and running, so tat has me distracted at the moment.
