Some help needed with a project

Hi,
apart from CNC i have Photography as a hobby and especially time lapse.
I haven't milled PCB till now as all my time goes with another project. So basically what i need help with is sb to convert this open project files OMDSV1-01.zip to something meaningful as DXF or better a machine code using 1/8 V bit cause i will like to route it my self and solder it. I don't have the time now to learn how to do it and also couldn't figure it with the free programs how to make a PCB from eagle or Gerber files. i would gladly buy the kit from the guys who offer this, but already 5 months i am waiting for them to have stock at their other site
Its an open sourse project so no copyright infringement here. I believe sb who does this every day will make this for half an hour at the most. YES I HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO DO IT BUT WHEN THE TIME COMES, SO PLEASE HELP A DESPERATE PHOTOGRAPHER
