kavo/syco drill control unit

I am having a problem with my drill control unit, when i am about to start drilling on my micromat drill machine i start up the control unit and everything starts as it should on the front control panel.
But the drill does not spin? i have tried 3 drills but still no spinning drill. what i really could do with is the circuit diagram of the control unit.
the model is D-7970/ TYPE 4440
Any feedback as to whats going on would be helpful
