ive seen it done with silk screen printing.

how to use that paint and whare to get it?

To use it, you brush it on and bake it for 30 minutes. It's make for painting on glass so wherever crafts materials are sold is where I'd look. I bought mine at a store called Michael's.

how do i protect the places on pcb whare i dont want the paint, soler pads and other?

After milling I paint the whole sheet. Then after it's dry, I use an Exacto blade to scrape the paint off the pads before baking. You can scratch it off after, but it's much more difficult. I only do one-offs so this may not be a solution for your needs.

One cool aspect is the rainbow of colors for these paints.
