    Lightbulb DIY PCB Mill

    Hey there guys,

My name's Adrian and I'm a high school student in New Zealand. I enjoy electronics and making stuff, and I figured that making a small (about 8"x12" for you Americans) gantry CNC PCB mill was a great way to go in both those areas. My budget isn't huge, but I do have a fair bit of time on my hands.
Any suggestions on a design? I was thinking probably bolt-together Aluminium? And how much should I expect to pay in total?
I have a Dremel, wood lathe, drill press, table saw etc - ie. mostly woodworking tools, but some metalworking tools too. Dad's a mechanical engineer, and has a fair bit if time as well.

    Thanks,
    Adrian

EDIT: Should this actually be posted in the Metalworking section instead?
