I scaned the original frames and used Enroute to clean up the image. Than I used Autocad the get all the holes and lines perfect after that, I used Deskam to make the G code. Lastly I used Yeager to run the file on my home made CNC router table. The whole process took 8 hrs.

hey Paul,
currently the only nitro I have is the Hirobo GPH 346 which I ccpm-ed. I also have the electric ECO 8 and Hornet. In a box I have the hirobo MH-10 and a LMH 110. I have also owned/flown a nexus, shuttle, and X-cell 60 custom. Now that was one heck of a chopper but just to expensive for me to keep up then.
Here is a link to my page on choppers: http://www.cuttingedgecnc.com/rcmain.htm
I added a link from my website to here also, hope it brings more traffic. Again, excellent work on the frames and this group.

I'm into Planes and boats but have always wanted to try a chopper. How hard is it to learning to hover? How about landing?
Thanks

Hey Jeff,
Since your into airplanes and boats your already steps ahead. You know about rc system step up, engine tuning, and flying. One major difference in the rc helis is you DON'T cut the throttle if you get into trouble like with airplanes. Man I did that many times when I started and it was a doozy
It is harder then airplanes and the questions are difficult to answer because it depends on so much. With the new RC sims out there learning to fly is much cheaper and "easier." Check out FMS (free) and other ones like, park flier, realflight G2 (excellent), etc. here are some links:
